Most people hand over a key at the meet & greet. If it's easier to send a key tag, a lockbox code or an alarm code, you can add it here. You can also do it later from your booking page.
- It's encrypted as soon as you send it, and never stored as plain text.
- Only the owner, team members with admin access, and the feeder assigned to your booking can open it. Your feeder can open it only from the day before your booking starts until the day after it ends. Every opening is recorded.
- It's deleted automatically 7 days after your booking ends.
- We can't show it back to anyone, even you, and it never goes in an email, so a stolen login can't be used to collect it.
- Please don't send codes by text or email.
Kept apart from the rest of your booking, and never shown back to you.
