Reviews here only come from customers with a completed booking, so this page fills up as bookings finish.
That's slower than writing some, and it's the only version worth reading.
How these reviews work
A review can only be submitted by a signed-in customer, against a booking the system agrees was completed. One per booking. That rule is enforced by the database, not just the form.
Reviews are held for moderation before publishing — to catch abuse and personal details, never to hide criticism. Nothing is edited. Where we've replied, the reply sits under the review.
