Northland is steep, and the driveways are the kind that people warn you about. We ride, so it is rarely a problem.
Parking is genuinely difficult on some of these streets, and a service that arrives by car ends up factoring that in. Arriving on two wheels means the visit happens when it was meant to rather than when a space appears.
A lot of Northland houses have a long flight of steps between the road and the door. Worth mentioning at the meet & greet if yours does, mainly so we know which entrance you actually want us using.
Kelburn
Home base. Most Kelburn visits are a five-minute ride, which is why same-day changes are usually fine here.
Karori
The most common booking in Karori is twice-daily for cats while a family is at the beach over summer.
Aro Valley
Lots of flats with shared entrances. Tell us about the gate at the meet & greet and we will sort it out then.
Thorndon
Close to town, easy to fit an early morning visit in before the day starts.
Wadestown
Long sections and cats that roam. We always check the usual hiding places before we mark a visit done.
