How it works

Meet first. Then it's just someone turning up.

The meet & greet is the part that matters. Twenty minutes, free inside our service area, and it's where we sort out keys and how to get in — face to face, which is the only sensible way to do that.

Step 1, Completed. We meet, at your place
You show us the routine, we meet your animals, and we work out keys and access in person.
Step 2, Completed. You book online
Real availability, a fixed price for feeding visits, and confirmation on the spot.
Step 3, Completed. We arrive
Food, water, litter or yard, medication, and time spent with them. Twenty to thirty minutes.
Step 4, Scheduled. You read what happened
A note goes in your visit log every time — what was done, and how they were.

Where we go

Every Wellington suburb, by motorbike

Which means the hills and the parking aren't a problem. House sitting can go a bit wider than the city — ask.

Kelburn

Home base. Most Kelburn visits are a five-minute ride, which is why same-day changes are usually fine here.

Karori

The most common booking in Karori is twice-daily for cats while a family is at the beach over summer.

Northland

Steep driveways and tricky parking are normal here. We ride, so it is rarely a problem.

Aro Valley

Lots of flats with shared entrances. Tell us about the gate at the meet & greet and we will sort it out then.

Thorndon

Close to town, easy to fit an early morning visit in before the day starts.

Wadestown

Long sections and cats that roam. We always check the usual hiding places before we mark a visit done.
