A cat that is not waiting at the bowl is normal here and not, on its own, a reason to worry. What matters is that somebody actually looks. We check the usual places before marking a visit done, and if we genuinely cannot find them, the note in your log says so rather than saying everything was fine.
Sections run long and back onto bush in places, so the routine is worth talking through properly at the meet & greet.
Kelburn
Home base. Most Kelburn visits are a five-minute ride, which is why same-day changes are usually fine here.
Karori
The most common booking in Karori is twice-daily for cats while a family is at the beach over summer.
Northland
Steep driveways and tricky parking are normal here. We ride, so it is rarely a problem.
Aro Valley
Lots of flats with shared entrances. Tell us about the gate at the meet & greet and we will sort it out then.
Thorndon
Close to town, easy to fit an early morning visit in before the day starts.
