You're welcome to ask a question or book by text. Tell us your dates, your suburb and a little about your pets, and we'll take it from there. We usually answer texts in a few hours.
Please don't text door or alarm codes. You can add them securely when you book, or later on your booking page.
A meet & greet takes about twenty minutes, at your place, before the first visit. You show us the routine, we meet your pets, and we sort out keys in person.
You can ask for one on its own, with no dates and no obligation. Inside our standard area it's free with a booking of three days or more.
