Services and prices
Per night
House sitting price: $65–$90
A member of our team stays overnight, so your pets keep their routine and your home is looked after.
Nothing is charged up front. The price depends on where you live, how long you're away and how many pets you have. You send us a request, we reply with the exact price, and there's nothing to pay until you've accepted it.
Standard rates. Visits and nights from 25 December to 26 December cost 50% more. You'll see your exact total before you pay, and it won't change after you book.
Request a priceWhen we visit. Morning visits are between 8 and 10am, and evening visits are between 4 and 6pm. We arrive within the window rather than at an exact minute. If you book one visit a day, you choose morning or evening.
It takes about twenty minutes, at your place, before your booking starts.
Inside our standard area it costs $10.00, and it's free if you're booking three days or more.
Outside the standard area it costs $15.00 to cover travel, whatever the length of the booking. You'll see the figure before you commit.
Know your dates? Add a meet & greet while you book, and the price is worked out from them. Would you rather meet before choosing dates? Ask for one on its own.
Moving your dates is free if we can make the new dates work, so if your plans change, ask us before you cancel.
You pay by bank transfer. When you book, we give you our account details and your booking reference, and they're on your booking page too.
Feeding visits are paid for when you book. We hold your dates while you pay, and confirm the booking as soon as the money arrives, usually by the next working day.
House sitting is paid for once you've seen the exact price and accepted it.
Every payment gets a receipt in your account.
If you send us a door code
Most people hand over a key at the meet & greet. If it's easier to send a door or alarm code, you can add it securely when you book, or later from your booking page. Please don't send codes by text or email.
It's encrypted as soon as you send it. Only the owner, team members with admin access, and the feeder assigned to your booking (from the day before it starts until the day after it ends) can open it. Every opening is recorded, and it's deleted automatically seven days after your booking ends. We can't show it back to you, which is deliberate. How we handle your information.
